Clarification:  A story Friday said that firefighter Reginald Blakey failed to disclose to a background investigator during his application to the Fire Department that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, according to a September 2004 memo between the Police and Fire departments. The memo was in Blakey’s personnel file. Blakey and his father Reginald Blakey (different middle name) both said that the warrant was for the father.
