A photo of a waitress at Langer's Deli in Los Angeles ran with a recent story on a lack of raises for America's waiters, barbers and bellhops since 1991. The story did not refer to Langer's, and a spokesman for the deli said:  "All wait staff at Langer’s Deli are long-time union employees and receive living wages and benefits negotiated by the union. While we do not publicly discuss our wages and benefits, the staff has had numerous wage and benefit increases since 1991."
