That's billion, with a 'b'

A story published Monday contained incorrect dollar figures for two proposals for new high-speed rail service in Amtrak's Northeast Corridor. Amtrak's "NextGen High-Speed Rail Alignment" would cost $151 billion to build, and the University of Pennsylvania's high-speed rail design studio's plan would cost about $100 billion.
