Full name not used in story
A story about many across the state honoring and mourning a soldier from a local family killed in Afghanistan did not list his full name.
Army Capt. Andrew M. Pedersen-Keel, 28, died of small-arms fire wounds, according to a West Point press release. He was one of two U.S. special operations forces killed Monday in Wardak province.
Staff Sgt. Rex L. Schad, 26, of Edmond, Okla., was also killed.

Membership on board incorrectly stated
A story in Friday’s edition of the New Haven Register about a Woodbridge planning and zoning matter was not clear about the status of Planning and Zoning Board Chairman Jeffrey Kaufman and the Jewish Community Center of Greater New Haven.
Kaufman is not a member of the JCC board, though a resident had publicly claimed that he is.

Name spelled incorrectly
The photo on the front page misidentifies state Rep. Craig Miner as Rep. Dan Carter and in the story his name is spelled wrong. It’s Miner not Minor.
