No price projections
Clarification:
A
story about the planned shutdown of the Vermont Yankee nuclear power
plant paraphrased a portion of ISO-New England’s statement on the
economic consequences of the closing. Although it operates
the region’s wholesale power market, ISO-New England does not make
projections regarding future price changes.

Patch workforce
The number of employees nationally working for the online news site
Patch was incorrect in the first version of
a story published Friday. Patch, which is laying off about 500 people, employed about
1,000 people company wide, not 5,500 as reported.
Keynote speaker
Correction: The first version of a story on a "white coat ceremony" for the inaugural class at Quinnipiac University's Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine incorrectly
identified the keynote speaker as Dr. Lisa Coplit. The keynote address
was given by Dr. Jessica Israel, chief of geriatrics and palliative medicine and medical director of the
Inpatient Hospice Unit at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. Coplit is the associate dean for assessment and faculty at Quinnipiac's medical school.
