Settlement clarified

Correction: Earlier versions of a stories on Boris Mizhen of Guilford did not make clear that Mizhen was not required to pay the full $32.7 million judgment in a case involving the state Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. The judgment was suspended. His spouse, Angelina Strano, was named only as a “relief defendant.”  She was not accused of wrongdoing.
