A story Aug. 25 incorrectly reported that a federal judge ruled that the two men awaiting trial in the 2006 arson murder of Branford mother Kathy Hardy would be banned from knowing the names of key non-law enforcement witnesses, in part to ensure the safety of those witnesses. Prosecutors are seeking such a ban, but the judge in the case has not yet ruled.
