Federal Magistrate Holly B. Fitzsimmons ruled Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Bridgeport that Jason Zullo, one of four East Haven police officers arrested Jan. 24 for allegedly violating the civil rights of Latinos, may leave home between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. But she did not lift an order requiring electronic monitoring while he's in his home. Stories published Tuesday and Wednesday on the Register website incorrectly described her ruling.
