The Derby Board of Aldermen voted 7-1 Thursday night in favor of creating an ordinance that will ban dogs from the popular recreational walkway on Division Street. An early version of the story on incorrectly reported the alderman who cast the dissenting vote. It was cast by Alderman Carmen DiCenso, not Alderman Arthur Gerckens.
